요실금수술

방광 및 요도 기능의 조절 상실로 인하여 자기의 의지와는 상관없이 소변을 흘리게 되는 것을 말합니다. 요실금은 연령에 상관없이 자기도 모르게 원치않는 장소에서 소변이 새는 증상이다 상태 자체를 말하는데 소변이 차게 되면 방광은 팽창되어 늘어나고, 요도 괄약근은 반사적으로 수축하여 방광 입구를 조여 소변이 새는 것을 방지합니다. 소변의 양이 어느정도 많아지면 방광벽에 분포하는 감각 신경을 통해 수축을 조절하여 소변을 볼 수 있게 됩니다. 즉 뇌에서 신호가 오면 방광벽은 수축하고 빈대로 요도 괄약근은 이완되어 소변 배출이 이루어 지는 것인데 이렇게 정상적인 방광 기능이 이루어지기 위해서는 방광, 요도 괄약근, 신경계통이 모두 문제없이 작용을 해야하나 이중 하나라도 문제가 생길 경우 요실금 현상이 나타나는 것입니다.
